and logo, and the names and logos of IWF performers are the property of Independent Wrestling Federation LLC. All other trademarks,
logos and service marks (individually and collectively, the "Trademarks") associated with the IWF are Trademarks
of their respective owners.
The textual and photographic materials resulting from Independent Wrestling Federation
LLC. events and IWF programs, including the content contained on the IWF web site, are protected under United States
and International laws as copyrighted works. Anyone who displays, reproduces, copies, creates derivative works, or sells our
textual and photographic materials for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our permission violates the copyright
laws and is liable for copyright infringement.
Likewise, the Independent Wrestling Federation LLC.'s trademarks
and service marks, including not only its IWF™ mark, but also the names of its performers are protected by state
and federal trademark laws. Any person who uses our marks for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our permission
on goods or services in such a way that it dilutes the distinctive quality of our marks or that creates the likelihood of
confusion with our marks is liable for trademark infringement.
Liability for copyright or trademark infringement
involves the potential for significant civil damages, including in particular cases, statutory damages, liability for up to
three times actual damages, and attorneys fees.
INDEPENDENT WRESTLING FEDERATION LLC., OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT
AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS:
The content and materials contained within the IWF Web Site,
(including, but not limited to, photos, text, images, logos and other intellectual property related to the IWF) are the copyrighted
property owned by Independent Wrestling Federation LLC. or its affiliates. All trademarks, service marks and trade names,
including but not limited to the IWF™ mark, as well as the names of its performers, are proprietary to IWF or its
affiliates and are protected by state and federal trademark laws.
The textual, photographic, video, audio and combined
audiovisual programs and products resulting from IWF events and programs, including the content contained on the IWF
web site, are protected under United States and International copyright laws as copyrighted works. No content from the IWF
web site may be copied, reproduced, republished uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, publicly displayed or otherwise
used in any way without the express written permission of IWF.
The Operator maintains the IWF Web Site for your
personal entertainment, information, education and communication. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material
displayed on the Site to any single computer only for your personal, noncommercial use, provided you also maintain all copyright
and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. Modification of any materials displayed on the IWF Web Site is a
