El Famoso Eloy Fiesta fought his way to the top of the IWF as a Tag Team Champion.  The street-smart Fiesta then went to work behind the scenes as manager of Latin Revolution.  He managed several wrestlers to championship gold, including the Heavyweight, Junior Heavyweight and Tag Team Championships.  When not at ringside managing his men to championship gold, this party animal is at his plush estate in Miami Beach soaking up the sun while sitting at the bar drinking Crystal with his moms.  Eloy began training at IWF School in 2000 and graduated from the program in 2001.  Eloy is an IWF Hall of Fame Class of 2019 inductee.
