NEWARK, NJ - We mourn the passing of our own Glenn Burgess, who left us suddenly this weekend at the young age of 29. Glenn began training with IWF in 2020 and quickly made his mark on the professional wrestling world in the four years he was with us - making his hometown of Newark proud.
Glenn's passion for wrestling, paying homage to those in the business who preceded him, and his competitive spirit at our events left an indelible imprint in the hearts and souls of our fans, his family, friends and peers.
Glenn was set to compete at our event on September 21 in North Arlington, NJ, and his upbeat personality and infectious positivity will be missed by all. Rest In Peace, Glenn.
